Having the perfect house isn’t everything anymore; attention has turned to have the perfect designer garden too. The lucky guys out there can afford a landscaper to come in and design it for them; those with green fingers can design their own palatial grounds but what about the rest of us? How do we get the perfect garden? I guess we could go down to our local hardware store and get the bits we need but what exactly do we need? Here are a few pieces of kit which could help you on your way to your dream designer garden.
Patio heating – picking the perfect patio heater is great start so you can party into the early hours. This one from Ace is about average price so it is a bit of an investment but certainly worth the trouble.
Outdoor fireplaces – why not opt for a fireplace on your lawn as well as your patio or choose between the two. This attractive iron design would be fantastic for toasting marshmallows in the early evening.
Water features – you could choose a traditional water feature or opt for modern solar water features. Solar water features for gardens are attractive, economic and available in all styles including this two-tier fountain.
Bird bathing and feeding – if you want to attract the local wildlife, install a bird bath and bird feeder, you’ll have all sorts of birds flocking to your garden within weeks.
Hammock – why not get a fetching pair of hammocks for you and your partner? There’s a great range at Ace and they’re fantastic for enjoying a cool winter evening, listening to music or having a daytime doze.
Not everyone has the money to ship in a landscape artist to fix up their garden so if you need to do it yourself, this list is a great starting point.
